Good evening!

I do hope everyone has had a great weekend and that you had the opportunity to thank a Veteran of our military on Veterans Day! Our military and their families are a special breed of people that we should feel honored to know. We must never forget the sacrifices made on our behalf!
Well, I just want to say how much I loved all the images that we had to work with on this challenge from CDAC.  I can't get over all the talent that these ladies have!  I had so much fun making my cards and I know I will continue to enjoy having these digis in my stock.  I hope you like my cards as much as I like putting them together.

Cupcake Mouse Girl

Hi!  Hope everyone is having a good week.  Here is my card for the ongoing challenge at Delightful Inspiration.  This is such a cute digi and I love that it came with both the boy and girl mouse, it makes it great for so many uses!  I have to admit though my did not come out like I wanted it to. :(  It was just one of those days when nothing went quite the way you had planned it in your head.  It is what I would call a brain lapse on my part, I just could not get it together for some reason. :)  You ever have one of those days!?!?!  I have one about three times a week I think sometimes. Still I love the digi and will make good use of it I'm sure.  Have a great week and blessings to all.

Strawberries

Hi, hope everyone is having a great week.  We took our boys to the beach for a few days and really had a nice time.  Hot. but nice!  I missed getting to work on my cards but it was a nice break too.  I had fun doing this weeks challenge for Delightful Inspiration.  The strawberries were the perfect digi for paper piecing!!  I thought it came out really cute. Hey, hope everyone is having a great week!  Hopefully you haven't melted into your shoes, it has been so hotttt!!!  At least we finally have gotten a little rain, YEA!!!!  Here is my card for this weeks ongoing challenge at Delightful Inspiration. Tropical Summer

Hey, 

Hope everyone is having a good week.  Here is my entry for the Delightful Inspiration ongoing challenge this week.  I am trying my hand with my new Promarkers.  Not really thrilled with the outcome but I have only done a couple of things with them so far.  They were a birthday gift from my husband and kids and I have always wanted to try using alcohol markers, I knew there would be a learning curve. :)  I don't think I could ever give up my Prisma colored pencils!  I just enjoy trying new mediums.  Hope everyone has a wonderful 4th and remember our past and present military for all the sacrifices they make for us all!!
