Ladybug Bloom!

I made this card sometime back and really loved how it came out!  I pieced this one and loved how the colors came out together.  I really enjoyed making this card even though it took longer than it usually would take to put one together.  Have a great one!

Catch A Bug?

Here is my card for this weeks challenge from Designed 2 Delight.  I decided to use mine as a get well card, it seems here lately that I have needed way to many of them.  I love the ladybugs, they are always so cute! Have a great day!

Angel Caroline

Here is the card I made for Designed 2 Delights weekly challenge using the adorable Angel Caroline.  I thought she was just too cute!  I loved both images but I chose the one with her eyes shut and I used the flowers that came with the image and the heart also, (it is on the inside).  I had a lot of fun making this card, it was such a happy image and I like that!! Hope everyone has had a good week and a Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Hey, hope everyone is having a good week.  It seems lately that I have needed a lot of get well cards and sadly sympathy cards.  I made a couple of get well cards this week that I really thought turned out cute.  Thanks to my cuttlebug and my new software SCAL that I got to use with my cricut I have been trying some new things.  On the card with the bear with the balloons I distressed the paper after I ran it through my cuttlebug. It doesn't show up as well in the picture but it made a big difference in the look of the card.  The digi I used for that card came from Digisparkle.  It was a cute set of get well digis that I bought.  The other card I used my SCAL to cut out the frame that goes around the sick little teddy!  I love the SCAL since I have had time to play with it and learn how to use it.  I hate I have to send out get well cards because you never want someone to be sick, but hopefully these will brighten up someones day!

Oh my!

Did you ever have one of those days when nothing came out the way you wanted it to?!?!?  Well, that is the way all this has come out.  I love the image provided by Designed 2 Delight and I really enjoyed coloring it but then everything kinda fell apart.  I was not happy with how the card as a whole came out and then my picture I took is terrible.  The colors are actually much brighter and prettier than the picture shows. Oh well, hopefully things will turn out better next time.  All and all I love the birdie, he is adorable and continue to make me think of spring!!  Have a blessed day!

Well, maybe the calendar does not say it is spring just yet, but the weather has sure felt more like it!!  Not to mention everything is starting to bloom.  My daffodils are just about ready to open and I thought is was so appropriate that Designed 2 Delight would have chosen daffodils for this weeks challenge.  I hope you like my card, I really enjoyed putting it together.
